Mini Book

I went to the Shefford Keep it Crafty crop today and made a lovely mini book using Teresa Collins die cuts, the front and back covers were made by die cutting a Grungeboard Christmas tree and covering it with a metal sheet and then hammering and heating it to make it stick to the covers which was great fun.

Nasty Yukky Flu Bug

So anyway, we arrived home and I was a bit sniffly with a cold, we went to Surrey to pick the dog up and I was feeling a tad ill. We only just made it home- and I have been poorly since with a nasty fluey sick bug which apparently is everywhere at the moment! Needless to say I am behind with Shimelle's class, so I will be catching up over the weekend. Here are some pics from our lovely weekend for now....

Back in the country and Journal your Christmas

Well, it's very late and we are now back from a great long weekend in Germany - we went to the Black Forest and it was magical. The past few weeks have been very difficult and to be away and have a bit of time was lovely. We were really hoping it would be snowy and it didn't disappoint. The snow made it magical and now I am raring to get going on my Shimelle class of Journalling my Christmas. My fabby kit had arrived while we were away so am itching to get started now...
