Well, suddenly it's all over, and I didn't get to see much of Christmas at all.
I made a couple of cards the day before Christmas Eve, one for eldest son's girlfriend's 21 st and another for a good friend who I don't see that often.Christmas Eve- thought I felt a tad unwell and hot and cold, and that was it from then on have been confined to bed with temperature and Ribena for 4 days.... It's the first time ever I haven't managed to cook dinner or join in- but never mind. Am on the mend now and raring to start crafting !

Time Flies !

Wow, I can't believe how the time has flown and I haven't been updating.

I made some more Christmas ATCs for another swap and managed to get them off so at least all the cardy stuff is done!
Just the finishing off of pressies to go.Here are some of my cards and the ten ATCs for the swap

Have had a bit of a change the last couple of nights and managed to do one of the projects that was on UK Scrappers over their birthday weekend. It was a class from Bubbly Funk and I really enjoyed doing it.Still got one of theirs to do so might get stuck in and do that tomorrow evening...ought to be making Christmas cards really as it's now the 4th of December!!!
Oh and here's a card I made with some felty hearts and a border.

Here's a bit of a mix today - A card I made with the Scarlett's Letter Basic Grey papers, and I also made an ATC for a Butterfly swap.I started off with embossing the butterfly image with clear ink and embossing powder twice, then spritzed over with Ranger colourwash- then rubbed the ink off leaving the image clear.I then cut the other clear one out and layered it on the first image. Also made a couple of ATCs.
Now I'm off to get ready to see Take That, can't wait!

Special Request!

Other half set me a task over the weekend,he wanted me to make him a Christmas card for one of his customers - and wanted it to be a 'bit different but had to not have snowmen or santa on ' and be religious- great !! So anyway, this is what I came up with. I based it on one of the designs we did in Portugal and involves a bit of paper folding of a piece of 12'12 Basic Grey. The image is stamped once and embossed in gold on white card then stamped again on acetate - then the acetate is offset slightly to give a shadow effect. Hope she likes it!

Oh - and here are a couple of pages I did - All dressed up was a GoGo scraplift by Caroline Sears and the other was with the lovely new K & Co kit and was of a lake we drove past when we were in Austria in September, and is my own creation.

Had a busy day today, haven't had lots of time to craft this evening but made another card with my 'Flourishes'stamp.I really must get round to making all my card for Christmas. As usual I am behind!
Here's the Flourishes Angel card and some of the ones we made in Portugal.

Think I might have made the pics too big, here are some more cards I made today - am really liking these Penny Black stickeroos !

Here goes with my first post then...

I've had a nice chilled day today, made a few cards and the last of my ATCs for the Christmas swap and am now going to have a go at scrapping some of my photos from Portugal.

It seems amazing on this freezing cold Sunday that a couple of weeks ago I was out in sunny Portugal having a great time crafting to my heart's content!

Hey ho !
